Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Unopened Products

You may return any unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The seal must be intact and the packaging must not be damaged.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, even if they have not been used. If you suspect a manufacturing fault, please refer to our Warranty page.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Package the item securely in a discreet outer box.
3. Include your order number and RA number inside the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
